The Giusti e Zanza have become a historical reality in Tuscany, born as a reconstruction project of a 19th century wine cellar.

This winery is located about 30 km north of Bolgheri, at an altitude of 100 m, on the Tuscan coast. The soil is alluvial and mainly composed of sands, gravels and silts with the presence of clay; the climate is Mediterranean.

The winery uses only organic or biodynamic methods. The winery owns 17 hectares of vineyards, where mainly red grapes are planted. The grape varieties cultivated are: Sangiovese, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc, Merlot, Alicante, Petit Verdot and Semillon and Trebbiano Toscano.
