This wine is organically grown in Poggia Alta on gravelly, draining soil at an altitude of about 100 m. Its blend is 100% Sangiovese.
It is aged for 12 months in French oak tonneaux and for about 6 months in the bottle.
The end result is a wine that perfectly represents Sangiovese, tannic and acidulous. The bouquet is mainly fruity and floral, although it does indulge in a mineral aftertaste on the finish.

Serve in a wide glass at a temperature of about 16 °C. We recommend accompanying it with a meat dish, the maximum expression of which can be achieved with an excellent first course with duck sauce.
Recommended with: red meat stew, game, hard cheese, meat sauce pasta, mushrooms, blue cheese.
