Vite Colte’s Barolo Paese Tuoi is a traditional-style Barolo, produced with Nebbiolo grapes that come from both the municipality of Barolo and the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba. The two different characters of Barolo join together: the elegant and balanced one and the austere and rigid one. The result is a harmonious wine, immediately enjoyable but also capable of evolving over time.
It ferments in steel vats at a controlled temperature with 15-20 days of maceration. The wine ages for two years in large oak barrels and for a further year in the bottle.

perfume: wild berries, licorice, dried flowers, undergrowth, spices.
Taste: bold, well integrated tannins, savory finish.

Barolo should be served in large glasses to better appreciate its smell. It can be paired with stewed meats or aged cheeses.
