Valle d’Aosta Nus Malvoisie 2023

The white wine Nus Malvoisie has the important structure typical of Pinot Grigio and is distinguished by the aromatic finesse conferred by the mountain environment. It comes from the Nus sub-area and is produced from Pinot grigio grapes, in fact Malvoisie in Val d’Aosta is synonymous with Pinot grigio. The grapes come from vineyards cultivated between 450 and 680 meters above sea level; the soils are sandy of morainic origin and very sloping; the vineyards are mainly exposed to the south-east and south-west.

The grapes are pressed and the must ferments at a constant controlled temperature of 14 ° C in steel tanks. The wine ages in steel tanks in contact with the fine lees for 6 months with frequent bâtonnage.
