Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Cuvee 1926 extra dry

Cuvee 1926 DOCG extra dry is produced in Veneto, in the Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG area, from Glera and Chardonnay, 90% and 10%, 250 metres above sea level.

After soft pressing, it ferments with yeasts at a controlled temperature and matures for 3 months in autoclaves.

The end result is a lively, light and pleasant Prosecco. Its sweet taste gives it something extra, making it very versatile and easy to drink on many occasions.

The aromas are mainly fruity and floral with a fine, persistent perlage and a lingering, fruity finish.

In 1926, the first bottle was uncorked in the Valdo cellars; in fact, the name celebrates this important event, making this a very special wine for the company.
