Pepi is an invented word that combines the first two letters of Penon and Pinzon, which are the places where the vineyards of this Sauvignon are located on the two opposite sides of the valley.
The ripening of Sauvignon blanc is conditioned by the hours of sunshine, temperatures and winds that are different. By combining the two grapes, complexity and balance are restored.
Fermentation takes place in small steel vats at a controlled temperature. The malolactic fermentation is not carried out and the wine ages in steel on the lees for 6 months.

Colour: straw yellow with greenish rim.
perfume: elderberry, nettle, tropical fruit, white currant.
Taste: full body, fresh and savory.

To be appreciated in its youth, served in medium-sized glasses. It goes well with fish dishes and vegetable pies. Try it with a leek risotto.
