Sicilia Grillo DOC Altavilla della Corte 2023
Altavilla della Corte Grillo is made from pure Grillo in Sicily in the Trapani area at an altitude of around 250 m on clayey soil.
After manual harvesting the grapes are soft-pressed and vinified in steel, where it matures on the lees for 3 months and then in the bottle for 2 months.
The end result is a drinkable and pleasant wine that retains the classic flavour of Grillo and Sicilian terroir giving the sensation of tasting Sicilian oranges. The aftertaste is mineral and savoury.

Serve in a medium-sized goblet at a temperature of 8-10 °C. We recommend accompanying it with a sea bass al cartoccio
