Rosé Merville 2022 La Crotta di Vegneron
This wine is produced in Valle d'Aosta, in the municipalities of Nus, Quart, Saint-Denis, Chambave and Chatillon, on a steeply sloping, sandy, morainic terrain, using only Syrah grapes, grown using the guyot method.
Vinified, for a few hours, with cold pre-fermentation maceration and aged, on fine lees, in steel for 5 months.
The end result is a wine that is, above all, fruity and floral; the taste is savoury, slightly tannic and pleasantly persistent with excellent balance.

Colour: coral pink.
perfume: wild strawberries, currants, raspberry, rose, hints of sage and thyme, hints of citrus fruits.
Taste: pleasantly persistent, savoury, fruity, slightly tannic.
Suggestions
Serve in a medium-sized glass at a temperature of about 10 °C. We recommend accompanying it with a lake fish accompanied by tomato sauce and baked potatoes.
Recommended with: noble poultry, sushi and raw fish, vegetarian dishes, fish, white meats.
