    Oltrepò Pavese DOC Anamari Riserva 2019 Bio

    Anamari wine is an excellence produced by the historic Frecciarossa company, located in the Oltrepò Pavese. It is a skilful blend of Croatina, Barbera and Uva Rara, native vines of the area. Vinification takes place in wood, with malolactic fermentation in tonneaux, where the wine matures for about 10 months.The grapes are processed with destemming, followed by partial spontaneous fermentation in a truncated conical oak vat with a total maceration period of 26 days. During this period, 1 délestage and pumping over or punching down was carried out according to fermentation kinetics. Malolactic fermentation takes place in 650 litre oak casks.

    Colour: brilliant ruby red colour.
    perfume: elegant, with notes of rosehips, small red and black fruits, black pepper and a balsamic vein.
    Taste: fruity, fresh, harmonious, with a very pleasant drinkability and remarkable persistence.
