The vineyards are cultivated in the high hills of Trentino, in areas particularly suited to the production of white grapes and with soils of glacial, volcanic or porphyritic origin.
The Müller Thurgau Cuvée Speciale Millesimato is made using the Charmat Method. The grapes are carefully selected in the vineyard and harvested by hand. After a short cold maceration in contact with the skins and a brief period of cold stabilisation, the mousse is slowly lifted in pressure-tight stainless steel containers, enhancing the finesse of the varietal aromas.
The result is a sparkling wine with a fine perlage and a persistent rim, perfect as an aperitif.
