The vineyard is located at an altitude of cica 260 metres and is composed of soil of clear volcanic origin with a clayey-silty texture. The vineyard is characterised by a steep slope (45%), the dialect term ‘rive’ in fact indicating a particularly steep and craggy terrain. an altitude of approx. 260 metres, with soil of volcanic origin. The grapes are harvested by hand when over-ripe. Refinement takes place for at least 12 months in the bottle.

perfume: On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe yellow fruit, candied citrus fruits, sweet spices and mineral notes.
Taste: On the palate, it is broad, savoury and persistent, with a long mineral persistence.
