The ‘Le Rive’ of the Suavia winery is a white wine of great value, an authentic expression of the Soave Classico territory. It is produced from a small south-facing plot, located in the Fittà U.G.A., at an altitude of about 260 metres, with soil of volcanic origin.
The vineyard is located at an altitude of cica 260 metres and is composed of soil of clear volcanic origin with a clayey-silty texture. The vineyard is characterised by a steep slope (45%), the dialect term ‘rive’ in fact indicating a particularly steep and craggy terrain. an altitude of approx. 260 metres, with soil of volcanic origin. The grapes are harvested by hand when over-ripe. Refinement takes place for at least 12 months in the bottle.
