Faye Bianco 2020

Faye Bianco di Pojer e Sandri is a white wine made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco, cultivated in vineyards located between 300 and 700 metres above sea level, in an area particularly suited for the production of quality white wines. The grapes are harvested by hand, selecting the best bunches. The bunches are gently pressed to extract the must, separating it from the stalks. The must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for a period of about 6 months in French oak barriques, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and acquires greater aromatic complexity. The wine is bottled and then refined in the bottle for a short period before being marketed.
