This wine is grown organically near Pisa on sandy loam soil at an altitude of about 100 m. Its blend is 100% Syrah.
Ageing takes place for 12 months in French oak tonneaux and once the cuvée is formed, the wine rests in a cement tank and is filtered before bottling.
The end result is a mainly fruity wine, one can notice this especially in its olfactory part, during tasting it releases the other aromas and shows a velvety and soft tannic texture, like this wine.
The name of this wine is a dedication to Bruno Giusti, who died in September 2003, during the winery's first Syrah harvest.

Serve in a wide goblet at a temperature of about 16 °C. We recommend enjoying it with a meat dish, in particular with braised beef.
