Rita Langhe Rosato DOC 2023
This wine is made in the Langhe using only Nebbiolo grapes.
After careful selection, the grapes undergo static pressing and the resulting liquid remains in contact with the lees for 4-7 days. Fermentation, which takes place partly in steel and partly in tonneaux and partly in ceramic amphorae, lasts 15 days at a temperature of around 16 °C; finally, the ageing process continues for around 4-5 months on the respective materials used for fermentation.
The end result is a fresh and light wine, ideal as an aperitif and perfect if you want to sip a wine in moments of relaxation.
The name of this wine was chosen to pay homage to mother Margherita.
