Clem 2023 Langhe Riesling DOC
Wine cultivated, guyot, in Alta Langa, obtained from 100% Riesling, at 600 m altitude. The soil used is marly-calcareous with the presence of clay.
After a careful selection, the grapes are subjected to a soft pressing, a fermentation of about 15-20 days in temperature-controlled tanks and finally refined for 10 months in steel.
The end result is a fresh and savoury bottle with some hints of minerality, which makes the most of the characteristics of Riesling, thanks mainly to the soil and altitude selected for the variety. This bottle can still improve if subjected to the right ageing.

Serve in a medium-sized goblet at a temperature of about 10 °C. We recommend accompanying it with a fish dish, preferably baked.
