The Brda area is certainly one of the most suitable for enhancing the qualities of Ribolla, a native variety that gives the best results right here. The manual harvest with careful selection of the bunches starts at the beginning of October. The maceration in contact with the skins for 8 days in conical oak vats without the addition of selected yeasts precedes the soft pressing and the maturation for 18 months in oak barrels. The refinement in the bottle without clarification or filtration is at least 4 months. Thus was born a radical wine as precious as it is original.
