The Kyoto Distillery, the first in Japan to deal exclusively with the creation of Gin, was born from the constant desire to innovate of three partners: Noriko Kakuda Croll, David Croll and Marcin Miller, already founders of Number One Drinks (an export company for rare Japanese single malts).
A premium company, which works with botanicals produced entirely in Japan, by small and sophisticated artisans. The style is sober and elegant, minimalist but at the same time rich in facets.
