Tenuta La Braccesca is one of the Tuscan estates of the Antinori, it is located in southern Tuscany, almost on the border with Umbria, between the province of Siena and the province of Arezzo. The name derives from the old owners: the Bracci counts.
The property of Tenuta La Braccesca is very large and has 340 hectares of vineyards. Some are cultivated with Sangiovese and are registered in the DOCG of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano in some of the most prestigious areas of the appellation such as Cervognano, Santa Pia and Gracciano. Tenuta La Braccesca produces several labels of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. A part of the vineyards, on the other hand, is registered in the DOC Cortona and is cultivated with the Syrah grape variety, which has found a very suitable environment in this place.
