List of products by brand Pasini San Giovanni
Pasini San Giovanni
Based in Puegnago del Garda in the heart of Valtènesi, or the western shore of Lake Garda in the province of Brescia, Pasini San Giovanni is a family-run winery that has expressed the excellence of Valtènesi rosé wines and Lugana whites since 1958. The link with the wine of the Pasini family actually began in 1940 when the family opened a tavern selling wines. Since the 1980s they have specialized in the production of white, rosé, red and sparkling wines typical of the area. The name San Giovanni is a toponym referring to the locality where the winery is located.
The 40 hectares of vineyards extend into two distinct areas: some are located in the Lugana white wine area in the municipality of Peschiera del Garda and have the typical light-colored compact clay as their soil; others, on the other hand, are located around the company headquarters in Valtènesi, have calcareous clayey soil of morainic origin and are rich in skeleton.
The Pasini San Giovanni winery adheres to the Independent Winegrowers and adopts a philosophy of maximum respect for the territory and the production of wines with few interventions, but a genuine expression of local traditions.
The company has embraced corporate sustainability and today supplies itself only with renewable energy thanks to photovoltaic panels and has converted the vineyards to organic farming.
