Los Vascos is a large Chilean winery, located in the Colchagua valley, suited for the production of fine wines; it is part of the large Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) group. With its 640 hectares of vineyards, it is one of the main wineries in the region and exports wines all over the world, produced from the main international grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Cabernet, Syrah, Carmenère and Malbec. Some Los Vascos labels have become iconic such as Le Dix de Los Vascos, based on Cabernet sauvignon.

In Chile, the cultivation of vine dates back to the sixteenth century thanks to the Spanish domination and the production and marketing of Chilean wines has a consolidated history. Los Vascos was founded in 1750 by a Spanish family from the Basque Country; it had over 200 hectares of vineyards when in 1988 it was acquired by Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite). Under the supervision of Château Lafite Rothschild's own staff, Los Vascos has made enormous progress in just a few years.

The quality and character of the wines are due to particular environmental conditions. The soil is mainly of volcanic origin with the presence of clay and granitic weathering sand. The proximity to the Pacific Ocean influences the climate with high sunlight exposure and breezes that sweep away humidity and cause diurnal temperature range.
