La Mozza is located in the unspoilt Maremma, with 16 hectares of vineyards in the municipality of Magliano in Tuscany. 

In addition to the native Sangiovese, the winery cultivates international varieties such as Syrah, Alicante and Carignano. The dry climate, sunshine and constant winds favour an extraordinary concentration of grapes.  The vineyards are planted with the aim of maximising production quality; they have low yields, but with high quality. 

The unique territory and the D.O.C.G. Morellino di Scansano appellation are the pillars on which the winery's goal of excellence is based.

La Mozza orients its production activities towards full respect for the surrounding environment, reflecting this philosophy in its wines, with the constant aim of improving the environmental heritage through careful management that respects local biodiversity and the health of consumers.
