Knob Creek was founded by Booker Noe in 1992 as an artisanal distillery in Kentucky. Today it belongs to the Japanese Suntory, but continues to produce Bourbon whiskey by hand; the production is followed directly by the son of the founder Fred Noe.
The unique style of the distillery is due to long aging that turn into deep colors and sweet oaky and caramelized flavors. Knob Creek produces Bourbon Whiskey in small batches or single casks, limited editions only. This is its strong point.
