The company Cm2 Spirits was established in 2022 in Bari. The idea of the three founding partners, Giuseppe Mancuso, Antonio Ciano and Antonio Mancuso, is to create and produce spirits and liqueurs with a focus on pomegranate: thus the Garnet Spirits brand was born.

The project focuses on the territory and the future and aims to create synergies with other farms in Apulia. Some of these, following the Xylella problem, which has damaged huge olive groves, have decided to reconvert their production by planting pomegranate trees.

Currently, the production of distillates is outsourced.
