Concilio winery, based in the Adige Valley in the province of Trento, was founded in 1972 from the union of two business and in 1990 it became part of the Cantina Sociale di Trento with which merged in 2018, even if the production range continues to be marketed under the Concilio brand. It has vineyards in the Adige Valley where it grows both international and local varieties. It was successful with one of the first Bordeaux blends produced in Trentino, but today the production range is very wide and excels in the production of traditional method sparkling wines typical of the region: the Trentodoc. A distinctive feature is the attention to environmental sustainability, in fact the winery is equipped with photovoltaic panels to work with renewable energy.
