Colli del Soligo is a consolidated and historical reality in the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, founded by a group of winemakers who still own the property in the form of a cooperative. There are 600 contributing vintners, 1000 hectares of vineyards and 10 million bottles produced annually. Impressive numbers.
The winery name comes from the village Pieve di Soligo, where it was founded in 1957 by 31 winemakers with the aim of enhancing the tradition of Prosecco and spreading the excellence of their territory. Pieve di Soligo is located right along the Prosecco Road along the Conegliano and Valdobbiadene hills, that have been declared a Unesco heritage for the beauty of the landscape shaped by the men who have lived it over the centuries.
Colli del Soligo specializes in the production of Prosecco, with labels representing all the appellations of this wine: Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG, Asolo Prosecco DOCG, Prosecco DOC. In addition, it also produces still wines with grapes coming from the Montello areas, among other.
Cantina Colli de Soligo has obtained organic certification and since 2017 all their sparkling wines are Vegan certified due to the absence of elements of animal origin at all stages from vineyard cultivation to packaging.
