The winery is located in the town of Gussago, in the eastern area of Franciacorta. It takes its name from the convent, surrounded by walls and towers, built in the 15th century and located on the top of the Barbisone hill, also called “della Santissima” in honor of the church built in the 11th century and dedicated to the Holy Trinity.
The winery was founded in 2005 by the collaboration of the Seta Group and the Gozio family. The property has 20 hectares and each parcel is vinified separately to enhance the characteristics of the different exposures of the vineyards. Organic and environmental sustainability are essential foundations for the property, in fact the company adheres to the Ita.Ca project, aimed at saving energy and controlling CO2 emissions.
