The Carúpano distillery, located in the Macarapana Valley in north-eastern Venezuela, is a company with a long history dating back to 1762. Founded by Spanish captain Félix del Fierro, it has become a reference point in the world of rum over the centuries.

Its fame is due to the quality of its products and the tradition handed down over time. Using only Venezuelan sugar cane molasses and water from the surrounding mountains, it produces a variety of rums ranging from young and fresh to aged and complex. The ageing process takes place in selected oak barrels, which give the rum its distinctive characteristics.

In addition to rum production, Carúpano is committed to sustainability and social responsibility, adopting eco-friendly farming practices and supporting the local community through charity and development programmes.
