Bonnaire is a small independent Champagne producer based in the village of Cramant. Bonnaire started producing on his own after the crisis of 1929. In fact, its debut as a producer of his own Champagne dates back to 1932.
Today, the founder's grandchildren, Jean-Emmanuel and Jean-Étienne Bonnaire, continue the business from 26 hectares of vineyards almost all in the Côte des Blancs. Bonnaire's philosophy is based on respect for the environment by adopting sustainable practices in viticulture, and on the expression of the territorial character of wines. The production is based on Chardonnay, wich is interepreted with elegance.
