Ailalá-Ailalelo is a young project not only in terms of age, but also in the very idea with which it was created. It is a line of jovial and fun wines based on local varieties. The production area is that of the Ribeiro appellation in Galicia.
The name "Ailalá" refers to a traditional local festival and "Ailalá - Ailaleo" is a Galician dialect expression corresponding to a motif to be sung in choir on holidays.
The wines are produced by the collaboration of several wineries with the aim of creating labels that can be sold in foreign markets. A staple of production is to use only typical varieties and make modern wines faithful to the territory of origin. The vineyards are managed with organic farming and also with biodynamic practices.
