Vinsanto Santa Cristina 2020 is made in Tuscany, in the Valdichiana area, from two grapes: Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia.
The grapes are harvested directly in raisining crates, the drying process lasts until February, after which the flower must is transferred to oak barrels where alcoholic fermentation takes place. The vin santo matures for at least 2 years in oak barrels and is then bottled.
The end result is a sweet wine with captivating aromas, candied fruit in particular, the finish is pleasant and balanced.

Colour: intense yellow with amber highlights.
perfume: large, candied fruit, sultanas, apricots, amaretto, dates, dried figs, walnut, honey, vanilla.
Taste: full-bodied, fresh, broad.

Serve in a raisin wine glass at a temperature of about 10 °C. We recommend pairing it with Tuscan dry almond biscuits, as per tradition, or drinking it alone as a meditative wine.
Recommended with: dry pastries, chololate dessert, gelato con liquori e distillati.
