Pinot Grigio Bottega Vinai is a white wine produced by the renowned Cavit winery, located in the Trentino region of Italy. Vinification and ageing: Vinification is carried out using the white wine method and the must is obtained by soft pressing of the whole bunches in order to avoid the extraction of the pink colour from the skins. Fermentation is carried out using selected yeasts and at a controlled temperature (20°C). This is followed by maturation in stainless steel tanks for 4 months and subsequent cold bottling.C.

Colour: straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights
perfume: has very delicate aromas, with distinct floral notes when young, to take on a broad and ample bouquet of ripe fruit (pear and yellow peach, melon) over time
Taste: On the palate, it has an elegant character and a pleasant freshness due to the slight acidulous vein, which enhances the sensations.
