Spumante Extra Brut Pinot Nero Molinera

Molinera Extra Brut Pinot Noir is produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes in Piedmont in the Monferrato Astigiano area at an altitude of 200-300 metres above sea level on mainly marly soil.

The vinification of this wine is very interesting in fact the long Charmat method is used; it matures for 18 months in contact with its own yeasts in an autoclave.

The end result is a wine with a broad, creamy and fresh taste, with a mainly fruity character. The citrus note is very perceptible on the palate, making the sip more drinkable and more accessible to everyone, and hints of bread crust and spices complete the picture.

This is a wine we recommend to all those who love wine and want to experiment, the long Charmat method is worth trying.
