Typically Veronese, with a lean and supple taste, enriched with a little bit of Chardonnay.
The Corte Giara line includes everyday wines, made according to impeccable winemaking techniques with grapes from the most suitable areas of the Veneto. The white wine Soave Corte Giara represents the tradition of the typical Veronese white produced with Garganeca grapes and has a lean, dry and clean taste, to be appreciated for its ease of drinking. A small contribution of Chardonnay in the blend gives more body and fruity aromas to the taste. The grapes come from the Soave hills between 150 and 250 meters above sea level; where the soils are partly calcareous and partly basaltic, due to volcanic origin.
The harvest is manual in the first week of September. The grapes are gently de-stemmed and pressed and left to cold macerate for 15-18 hours. After draining, the free-run must ferments in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The wine also partially carries out the malolactic fermentation and ages in steel for 4 months.
