Saint Germain Brut is produced from Grillo and Catarratto grapes in Sicily near Trapani using the espalier method at an altitude of 300 m on clay soil.
It is produced using the long Charmat method with additional bottle ageing of 3 months.
The end result is a fresh and fruity sparkling wine, especially with citrus notes, with a fine and persistent perlage.
