Prosecco Treviso Brut Avantgarde
Prosecco Treviso Avantgarde is a typical expression of the values of Mionetto, a historic company in the area and leader in the production of Prosecco of all types. In particular, this Prosecco Brut has a dry taste, suitable for dining, even with the characteristic aromas of the Glera grape. The grapes are grown in the province of Treviso on soils of alluvial origin and in a mild climate that favors perfect ripening of the grapes. With the name Avantgarde, Mionetto identifies a line of products that are based on tradition, even if the production corresponds to the most modern oenological techniques.
The base wine is obtained from a stainless steel vinification of the free-run must only, without the skins. Subsequently, yeasts and sugars are added to the base wine and the second fermentation takes place in an autoclave according to the tank method. The sparkling wine is finally dosed with less than 12 g / l of sugar.
