Carrubo 2020 doc Tormaresca was born in Apulia as the perfect expression of its grape variety, Negroamaro.
Only the best bunches of grapes are selected for its production, with slight over-ripening; fermentation and ageing are carried out in steel in order to guarantee the authentic aromas and scents of its vineyard.
The end result is a powerful and elegant wine with a broad aroma and a delicate and pleasant tannic texture, all supported by an excellent freshness.
