Niepoort Porto Tawny White 75cl
Port produced, according to a biodynamic regime, in the Corgo region of the Douro Valley on a unique, phosphorus-rich soil with a rocky base where the roots of the vines can reach up to 30 m deep. The blend of this wine is very varied, in fact it consists of: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinto Cão, Tinta Francisca, Tinta Amarela, Sousão and Tinta Roriz.
This port is of the Tawny type, a red aged for 3½ years in small, old oak barrels.
The end result is a wine with an extraordinary taste, rich and balanced at the same time, with very different but perfectly blended scents and a persistent and pleasant aftertaste.

perfume: broad, dried fruit, cinnamon, orange peel, caramel, hints of honey, toasted hints.
Taste: broad, balanced, persistent.
Suggestions
Serve in a medium-sized glass at a temperature of about 12 °C. We recommend drinking it after a meal together with a good dessert or a large cheese board.
Recommended with: hard cheese, blue cheese, fresh cheese, dry pastries, chololate dessert, cakes.
