Prestige alcohol free mionetto is made in Veneto from a mix of alcohol-free wine (90%) and rectified concentrated grape must.
During the production of this product, special attention is paid to preserving the aromas, an action that must be carried out very carefully during the alcohol removal process.
The final product is a straw yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage, the nose and palate release notes of ripe white fruit, citrus and green apple; this wine is also pleasantly sweetish.
