This wine originates in the Franciacorta region, from Chardonnay, Pinot blanc and Pinot noir grapes, trained on a guyot system on moraine soil. The grapes are cultivated respecting the parameters of organic farming.
Vinification is carried out according to the classic method.
The end result is a complex sparkling wine with a mainly fruity and floral flavour and a taut, lively and savoury final sip. This sparkling wine encapsulates all the main characteristics of its grape varieties: the elegance of the Chardonnay, the structure of the Pinot Noir and the fruity notes of the Pinot Blanc.
The perlage is fine and persistent.
