It is the most produced wine by Ferghettina and it is the one that best represents it. It is obtained from a very complex blend starting from base wines from 55 plots in 11 municipalities.
For the production of the base wines, only the first pressing must is used, which is more delicate. Fermentation takes place in steel vats and the wine rests in steel for a few months. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the traditional method and the sparkling wine ages on the lees for 36 months. It is dosed with only 5 g / l of sugar.
