Conegliano Valdobbiadene-Prosecco DOCG (in short Valdobbiadene-Prosecco DOCG) comes only from the hilly vineyards with southern exposure. The Dolomites mountains behind them have a double benefit: they protect the area from bad weather and guarantee significant day-night temperature range. These conditions favor the healthy ripening of Glera grapes and the flavor development in the berries.
Prosecco Strada di Guia 109 Brut vintage is made from the best grapes picked in that year. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in steel and the second fermentation takes place in steel tank, to preserve the primary floral and fruity flavors of the base wine. The Brut dosage makes this sparkling wine particularly food friendly.
