The Faye Rosso of Pojer e Sandri is a wine that best expresses the Trentino terroir and the Pojer e Sandri family's passion for producing high quality wines. The grapes come from vineyards located on the Faedo cone, in the municipality of San Michele all'Adige, at about 250 metres above sea level. This area is characterised by silty-calcareous soil and good exposure to the sun. The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, while ageing takes place in small oak barrels for about a year, followed by a period of bottle ageing.
