This wine is produced in the Valdobbiadene area from Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes on rocky soils containing clay.
This wine is produced according to the classic Charmat method procedure.
The end result is a fresh but at the same time elaborate sparkling wine, mainly fruity and floral but showing interesting mineral characteristics.
A small curiosity, the name of this prosecco comes from the Venetian dialect, where 'Faive' stands for the small sparks generated by bonfires.
