Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Medeus 2023 Sella & Mosca
Medeus 2023 Cannonau is produced exclusively from Cannonau grapes, in Sardinia, and is grown using the spurred cordon system.
After harvesting, this wine macerates for 15 days at a controlled temperature and then matures in steel for eight months.
The end result is a wine with a firm and rounded mouthfeel, where fruity scents dominate, in particular cherry and wild berries.

Taste: fruity, fresh, with persistent finish and silky tannic texture.
Abbinamenti
Serve at a temperature of around 16 °C in a medium-sized goblet. We recommend accompanying it with a meat dish, especially the traditional Sardinian suckling pig.
Recommended with: grilled red meat, roasts, game, hard cheese, pork, meat sauce pasta, mushrooms, pizza, polenta.
