Impersonated representation of the classic Dolcetto flavour.
Cultivated using the guyot method in the charming Langhe area made from 100% Dolcetto, at an altitude of around 400 m on sandy-loam soil.
The grapes macerate and are fermented in temperature-controlled tanks after a process of about 15 days, and finally, the resulting product is aged in large oak barrels for 8 to 10 months.
The end result is a wine with heart, which is elegant and full-bodied, powerful especially in its fruity side.
This is the first wine produced by the company and its first historic label.
