Donna Olimpia Rosato 2023 is produced in Tuscany, in the Bolgheri area, from Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes. The soil where its grapes are grown is sandy and loamy.
After destemming and crushing, the must is cooled and left in contact with the skins for 12 hours, followed by clarification and fermentation, and finally the wine matures 5 months on its lees.
The end result is a fruity and floral rosé with a savoury taste and medium body.
