Typical red from Lake Garda with a fruity and soft taste.
Corte Giara identifies a line of daily wines produced by Allegrini in collaboration with other winemakers from the most suitable areas of the province of Verona and Vicenza. Bardolino Corte Giara is a delicate and soft red, with a fruity flavor, produced with the traditional black grapes of the province of Verona: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, the same ones of the great wines of Valpolicella. In the Bardolino area, that is the hills overlooking Lake Garda in the province of Verona, the moraine soils of alluvial origin give life to delicate and fragrant wines.
The grapes are harvested by hand. They are de-stemmed and crushed. Alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins takes place in stainless steel vats with temperature control and daily pumping over for 10 days. After racking, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages in steel for 3 months before being bottled.
