Taste: well rounded and vibrant with smooth fizziness and remarkable structure, very long fruity and spicy finish.
Abbinamenti
It is charming and complex; it can be uncorked as an aperitif or an after dinner. But it is superbly food friendly. Try it with bread, butter and anchovies or with a salmon fillet au gratin in the oven.
