San Filippo is an ancient hamlet on the hill of Montalcino which has recently been restored by the new owner, Roberto Giannelli. Roberto transformed the buildings into a wine resort and took care of the olive grove and vineyards. In fact, 22 hectares of land are part of the estate, half of which are vineyards. In addition to Sangiovese, Merlot and Syrah are also grown.
The winery is modern and equipped with the necessary tools to produce quality Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino. Thanks to the collaboration with trusted consultants, San Filippo directly takes care of all stages of production from harvest to bottling.
The aging of the wines takes place in the underground rooms of the old farmhouse.
